Personnel

Person is the term used to refer to the human being providing a service. (The term 'Person' may be changed to another word more appropriate to your business, for example Officer or Patrolman.) Unless the service is being provided for more than one shift a day, the terms Person and Service Provider may mean almost the same.

Setting up Persons

Select \Maintenance \Persons or \Operations \Persons from the Main Menu. Access to this window is determined by Operator Configuration settings System Access and Main Menu Access.

Right click in the list of Persons to add, change, or delete a Person.

1. A guard can now be marked 'do not use' (in which case they don't appear in the operator's pick list) or 'May be available' which means they need to be contacted before allocating work
