Review Periodic Charges/Services

This window enables you to compare the current amount specified for a periodic charge or service, and compare it with the amounts billed for each of the 3 previous cycles.

Select \Accounts \Reports \Compare Periodic Pricing from the Main Menu.

Make selections in the top half of the window to determine which periodics to display. If you select

• Differences only when last generated, then periodics will be displayed only if the last job or charge generated was priced differently to the current price. This includes periodics which have not yet been generated.
• Difference only ... any of the last 3 billing cycles, then periodics will be displayed only if one or more of the last 3 jobs or charges generated was priced differently to the current price.

Any holiday surcharges are subtracted from the generated price before comparing it with the current price. However, the full price including holiday surcharges (if applicable) is displayed in the list.

To view details of the periodic charge or service, double click in the left half of the list, or right click in the list.

To view details of a job or charge, double click on the date or amount of the charge.

To print or export the list, click on the Excel button next to the Generate button.
