Alarm Company Statistics

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Alarm Companies

Depending on your system configuration you may be using another term instead of "Alarm Company"

The report shows a summary of performance grouped by Alarm Company.

Customer Statistics

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Service Providers from the Main Menu.

The report shows a summary of performance grouped by Customer.

Location Attendance

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Site Attendance from the Main Menu.

Shows Locations attended by a specified Officer.

Response Exception Report

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Exception Report

This report lists response jobs which are unusual for one or more of the selected reasons.

Service Provider Check

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Service Provider Check from the Main Menu.

This reports lists jobs and patrols due to be commenced by the selected Service Provider(s) in a date and time range and may be filtered by various other criteria.

Service Provider Statistics

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Service Providers from the Main Menu.

The report shows a summary of performance grouped by Service Provider.

Shift Details

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Shift Details from the Main Menu.

Lists entries in the Officer Log.

Time of Day Report

Select \Operations \Print \Time of Day Report

Shows job totals for each 2 hour period during a 24-hour period, and average response and on site times for responses. Separate totals are shown for customers which are flagged as major customers (Customer Details window).

Totals for Period

Select \Reports \Operational Statistics \Totals for Period

Shows average times for the selected jobs, totalled by various criteria.
